Their building solution caters for almost all building related requirements - building structural, structural waterproofing, roof & gutter waterproofing, concrete repairs including rusting reinforcement solutions, general building watertightness from any angle - and much more.
These designed systems are critical to the manufacturers reputation and must comply with official SABS standards, for which it offers a solution. Products undergo years of stringent testing. This means the manufacturer will guarantee the performance of material, upon completion of the work for a period of 10 years.
The products - if applied correctly, should in fact be trouble free for longer than 10 years, as the regulatory requirements of Agrément Certification or SABS, uses 10 years as a minimum yardstick with product testing.

Warranty & Insurance
How our personal guarantee works:
Hero Build will issue a certificate of compliance on completion of work together with the warranty. This will confirm that the applied products are the products that were stimulated by the design on the quote.
This will also confirm that it was applied correctly, as specified by the manufacturers, and conforming with SANS or engineers' stipulations for the areas worked on.
The warranty & certificate confirming compliance, will automatically pass on to any new owners of the property which makes it a big asset if the house is on the market.
Insurance Claims:
The certificate mentioned above, will also be invaluable when insurance companies claim that homeowners did not maintain their properties as required, as our certificate proves that you have taken the required steps to maintain the property.
We can also supply owners with a comprehensive report on the current maintenance condition of their units if required.
Our quest for ongoing education:
Even with our extensive experience we, on a regular basis, involve experts from our suppliers and partners to help us better understand the products and their properties.
We employ professional engineered solutions from Sika SA & Plascon. In instances where professional advice is needed, we contact engineering or architectural companies which we work with regularly and have a working relationship with - or with the client's own engineer or architect.
We enjoy the challenge of remedial projects but also do regular construction projects or specialized parts of a construction project in liaison with the main developer or contractor.
